Our own sales representatives have been using the in-house Sales Navigator based on NINOX for several years. It is an important tool for creating technically complex offers with just a few clicks using pre-configured templates.
Unfortunately, we were not able to achieve the same acceptance with our global sales partners using the NINOX proprietary interface. Through collaboration with the arcRider team, we succeeded in creating an intuitive user interface that our sales partners enjoy using every day.
The chat function, combined with the newly introduced review workflow, allows our business development managers to clarify all technical and commercial questions regarding an offer in no time.
Thanks to the new user interface, acceptance among users has significantly increased. The processes have become much faster due to fewer clicks, and the error rate has decreased because of automation. Our customers receive better offers, and we get more orders. 🚀
